These general terms of use and sale (the “Terms”) set out the legal framework for the provision of the mobile application and services by Olivier GUY, and define the conditions under which the “User” may access and use the services. These Terms are available in the OneMovie mobile application, in the Terms section. Any registration or use of the application implies the User’s acceptance of these Terms, without any reservation or restriction. When registering in the application via the registration form, each user expressly accepts these Terms. If the User does not accept the Terms set out in this agreement, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the site. OneMovie reserves the right to modify the content of these Terms unilaterally and at any time.
The OneMovie application gives the user free access to the following services:
OneMovie provides access to movie recommendations based on specific criteria and the user’s preferences.
OneMovie lets the user indicate whether they like or dislike the suggested movies. These preferences are taken into account for the recommendations.
OneMovie lets the user build a personal list of movies, which only the user can view.
The application is freely accessible from anywhere to any user with Internet access. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member user undertakes to provide information that they own, in particular their email address. To access the services, the user must then sign in using the Apple sign-in service.
Any duly registered member User may also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in the settings. This will take effect within a reasonable time. Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, and subject to any interruption or modification for maintenance, does not engage OneMovie’s liability. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice. Using OneMovie involves access to data from The Movie Database (TMDB), and you accept TMDB’s terms of use. OneMovie complies with these terms, ensuring responsible and transparent use of the film information provided by TMDB. We are grateful to TMDB for its data, and we undertake to scrupulously follow its guidelines.

These third-party accounts may ask for your permission to share certain information from your third-party account with OneMovie, and may include your first name, last name, email address, profile information and preferences with the relevant third-party account.
